I will miss his good counsel, his sense of humor, his quick wit, and his sly smile. I will miss his cameraderie when we have our "boys nights out", and we will honor him with a glass of grog or two, next time out. We will all miss his leadership at the Credit Union, and there is no doubt that ALL of us retirees are worse off due to his passing. THe FOP will never be the same, and I will miss his stories of the battles with Kucinich and Forbes, and lament institutional history that is now lost forever. And while someone will be appointed to fill the positions Billy held, no one will ever replace him. Goodbye my friend. Goodbye. I will miss my good friend.
